A comprehensive drain maintenance programme we assume custody of your drains, our skilled engineers acting as custodians to your drainage system, aiming to improve and maintain their health for a fixed annual fee. We will perform preventative measures and minor remedial work on your drainage system in order to prevent blockages and similar emergency situations occurring. Indeed so confident are we of the quality of our maintenance that we will guarantee to clear any blockages that do occur, completely FREE of charge!
Alongside this we will, over time, perform CCTV surveys on sections of your drainage system, allowing us to incrementally map your whole site. This will allow us to identify and inform you of potential future problems, removing the large cost of emergency work while allowing repairs to be properly budgeted for. It is highly probable, therefore, that the cost of the programme may well be recouped from savings made on emergency repairs. |
