| In-house Training |
Equally important is the excellent in-house training they receive from , covering areas such as drain inspection and testing, drain laying, drain relining and pitch fibre reforming. Our engineers are also meticulously trained to provide exceptionally high levels of reinstatement once repairs have been completed.
However, its not only their qualifications that make our engineers exceptional, as they are also rigorously trained to offer an outstanding level of customer service, exceeding your expectations in every sense. This includes keeping the customer fully informed of works being carried out, explaining in PLAIN ENGLISH the nature and reason for our work.
We are also confident that you will find all our staff to be polite, conscientious and helpful, a real pleasure to have working on your property. They also take pride in every job that they do, carefully respecting that working in your home or business they must maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and reinstatement.
