The Marine Pollution (MARPOL) Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships now has signatories from 98.7% of all vessels worldwide. The convention aims to preserve the environment by minimising the spillage of oil and other waste fluids into the oceans and seas. 

Drainology can provide swift and effective removal of waste water, oil and bilge water sludge using our fleet of specialist vehicles and we have a dedicated team trained to comply with stringent environmental regulations. 

In order to reduce downtime, our staff will organise a mutually agreeable timetable so as not to interrupt your operation. We often arrange to remove waste when there is a turnover of staff or when a marine project has come to an end. As well as oil and sludge removal, the disposal of waste water from toilet facilities is provided in a pollution free and controlled manner with zero impact on ecology or marine life.
